Elena Fanjul-Debnam and Choo Kum Seng Take New Roles at Workplace Options

Raleigh, N.C. (July 12, 2018) – Workplace Options, a leading global provider of work-life programs and employee effectiveness services, announced today the appointments of Elena Fanjul-Debnam as its Vice President of Labor Solutions and Choo Kum Seng as its Vice President of Business Solutions for Asia Pacific.
The new appointments, effective July 1, 2018, come as Workplace Options continues to drive growth in Asia Pacific.
Before joining Workplace Options, Fanjul-Debnam worked with several leading organizations in Indonesia to design and develop sustainable business solutions to address development challenges. She spent eight years in Indonesia, arriving in 2010 as Fulbright Scholar. Prior to living and working in Indonesia, Fanjul-Debnam worked in analytics in the U.S. Now, based in Singapore, Fanjul-Debnam leverages her background in social enterprises to lead the Labor Solutions team in developing high-quality human resource technology tools designed specifically for the manufacturing environment.
The demand for Workplace Options’ Labor Solutions product set has grown tremendously over the past several months and is now being utilized in 17 countries serving almost one million individuals. To accommodate this growth and expanding need, Fanjul-Debnam’s new role will allow her to dedicate more time to strategy and support the sales team in cultivating more Labor Solutions clients.

Kum Seng joined Workplace Options in 2013 as Director of Business Solutions and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (with Honors) from the University of London. He has more than 20 years of sales, sales management and business development experience in the region and had previously worked with Aon Benefits, among other companies, in the industry. He is a certified Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) consultant by the Health Promotion Board (HPB).
Based in Singapore, Workplace Options’ Asia Pacific headquarters, he will develop new partners, grow the client base in the region, and help execute the organization’s strategic priorities.
