Company’s Live Well Wellness Global Coach Training Program approved by the International Coaching Federation; Recognized among leading global coach training programs in operation.
Raleigh – (January 28, 2016) — Workplace Options (WPO), the world’s leading provider of integrated employee well-being services, is proud to announce that its global wellness coach training and certification program has recently been recognized among the finest in the world.
WPO’s Live Well Wellness Global Coach Training Program was approved by the International Coach Federation (ICF) to train and produce credentialed global wellness coaches. This training program is now one of the few approved by both the ICF and the National Consortium for Credentialing Health and Wellness Coaches (NCCHWC).
“This recognition verifies what our clients already know – that the wellness coaching services our team provide are among the absolute best in the business,” said Debbie Jongkind, RD, LDN, PCC, and Director of Wellness at Workplace Options. “We’re extremely proud to have our global wellness coach training program recognized in this way. It reinforces the fact that we train, develop, and employ some of the finest wellness coaches, worldwide.”
WPO’s Live Well Wellness Global Coach Training is now an ICF Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) Provider that offers 38 hours of credits. It also joins a short list of well-respected programs recognized by the NCCHWC, including those offered by Duke Integrative Medicine, Mayo Clinic, and other leading names in the health and wellness disciplines.
“Over the past two decades, global interest in wellness coaching as a profession and a product has exploded,” said Alan King, President of Workplace Options. “The problem is that until recently, what it meant to be a ‘wellness coach’ was open to some level of interpretation.”
“With this approval and verification of our Live Well Wellness Global Coach Training Program, clients that receive wellness coaching from us know that they are getting the highest quality of service to help their employees live healthier, happier, and more productive lives,” King added.
